Does the item level modifier work? Will it bring a low score item up?

I have downloaded the New update using The Trainer Manager but after I have Downloaded the Update, it keeps repeating the same update again and again. Can someone PLEASE repair this problem. Thank you.

I have the same issue, trainer doesn't update or report to need an update despite I did it several times.

Please fix this.
