I'm having no issues seeing legendary class mods. Anointed items maybe 1/10 for weapons. Just my anecdotal input.
All my class mod are legendaries and the annointed depends on luck man. The option is to increase legendary drops not annoited drop. Come on people. Be thankful
Legendary class mods only drop in online mode annoyingly. This has been confirmed by the community. I farmed for about 2 hours yesterday offline with trainer legendary drop booster, went online invite only had like 20 drop in the first half an hour in the slaughterhouse.
Why would you play offline when the drop is already 100% with trainer..lol. 1st half hour? That's too long bro. I use the gamespeed x4, unlimited bomb, super damage, legendary drop boost and infinite health combo. 100+ mods in 15 mins. Infact the legendary icon cover my whole minimap.
How to lower my level so it doesn't reset when I quite to main menu? I tried to change xp to level 24, then went to kill some mobs, got level 25, quit to main menu, and game again resets my level to 50. Tried with changing level, xp, doing quests to get next level but each time game resets me back to 50.
Any idea how to lower level?

It seems to be able to lower levels, but for some reason, the lowered level just doesn't stick once you exit the game.
I would assume that since the trainer can raise your level and it sticks after you exit the game that it should be able to lower your level and it should stick after you exit the game.
Hopefully, the devs can look into this and get it to work where your level sticks after you exit the game.

Yes, that is correct.
The rational, it least for me, is that the game is way too easy and so I like to have everything 4-5 levels above me to increase the challenge.
Not to mention that if you do all the side quests then you become way too over-leveled for the main quest and that's just no fun.
Being able to lower my level allows for the game to still be challenging and fun for me.
New Game + alias THVM and the Mayhem Levels change that anyway after your stora finish, so just rush through it. You WILL face hard enemies later on, even with cheats (minus superdmg). Pre lvl 50 does not matter anyway.
The only problem with that is I have to go through it all first to get to the TVHM and turn on the mayhem levels. I really don't want to spoil the whole storyline to just be able to make the game harder. I'd prefer the game to be harder from the start.
