Didn't realize that you have to start trainer to get it's window up and THEN
disconnect from internet then the other steps.
I was disconnecting then launching trainer which would then say to download an
offline key then drop out.
Might take me a while but I get their. Works fine,thank you as per usual for
you're hard work. 🤔

Still having problems running the trainer. Did everything everyone had suggested. disconnected from internet, ran trainer, ran launcher, ran game, clicked ok on launcher and at different attempts activated trainer at "press enter to play" screen and then another attempt to activate at the actual main menu and another time while in game all while disconnected from the internet and the trainer still crashed.

I also tried the suggestions that this forum suggest "tabbing out to the trainer and pressing F1" "deactivating all firewalls and antivirus" and the trainer still crashes.

There was a point though I briefly saw a red message that appeared on the trainer it went by so fast I was only able to read the first few words "Failed to attach..."

So after looking and not finding it, where is the CH Gears 5 launcher? (For the Game Pass edition)

Does playing in offline mode affect whether or not you earn achievements?

You will not receive any achievements while in offline mode.

Your time spent in the game, is also not registered...I wish it did, but it is EAC after all - I disdain EAC!!

Definitely. I played up to a certain point before the trainer was released and got achievements. As soon as I went offline to use the trainer it essentially stopped registering my progress in the stats section

EDIT: Fixed, the issue is Your Trainer Manager, when it extracts the trainer it deletes the entire zip folder thus deletes the launcher, so I solved the issue by opening the zip and manually installing the files myself. You might want to mention this in an updated Readme..




@Caliber @PWizard @forty-two I was reading the readme file, No Offline mode launcher is included, I have no idea where else it would be downloaded, it should be in my trainer folder. If an Admin or some other staff member could send me a zipshare copy of that launcher I would appreciate it. I just want to play this campaign with unlimited health,ammo.
