EDIT: Fixed, the issue is Your Trainer Manager, when it extracts the trainer it deletes the entire zip folder thus deletes the launcher, so I solved the issue by opening the zip and manually installing the files myself. You might want to mention this in an updated Readme..
@Caliber @PWizard @forty-two I was reading the readme file, No Offline mode launcher is included, I have no idea where else it would be downloaded, it should be in my trainer folder. If an Admin or some other staff member could send me a zipshare copy of that launcher I would appreciate it. I just want to play this campaign with unlimited health,ammo.

thanks for pointing this out. However I don't think a fix for this is forthcoming anytime soon, since recursive zip or deciding where to put zip files and etc. can be completely different and unique for games where we have to do this sort of thing.

How exactly do you turn your internet back on when the launcher is running? I've tried doing it the way I usually would but everything still stays disconnected. You can't close the launcher either as that closes the game.
the launcher is making it so internet IS OFF. so that EAC WONT RUN so you can ACTUALLY USE THE TRAINER WITH THE GAME.
Don't try to go online and cheat.. you won't be able to.

I tried to launch the game with the trainer to see, but I got this problem right after I don't understand
if you cant see the file attached, the problem is this:
when I try to launch the game with the trainer, path: G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Gears5\GearGame\Binaries\Steam\Gears5.exe
I get this message from Steam:
Failed to initialize Steam, please make sure Steam is running and you have logged in with the correct account

man this is exasperating. I mean we even put a VIDEO up of how to do this.
make sure internet is ON
run steam
run trainer
run launcher
click the prompts as indicated (and watch the video to see how FIRST)
at the part where it tells you to launch the game, MAKE SURE YOUR INTERNET IS OFF. The launcher tries to do this for you. But you can check this.
THEN launch the game.
once the game is launched, activate the trainer.
it works repeatedly, on THREE tested machines here for BOTH versions of the game.

Does playing in offline mode affect whether or not you earn achievements?
No idea. Either way, we aren't making the trainer work online, and accessing the game while internet is on is likely not going to be possible since EAC will be active and has manipulated your operating system like a rootkit virus and blocking normal windows operations. You are being blocked on your own system from doing things with your own computer calling normal windows api calls on your own operating system you purchased.

either the game is broken or turning super damage that cause it. still at act 1 at the point the enemy suppose to spawn and kill them all then process to unlock door but after killing 4 enemys, they stop spawing.even restart current or previous checkpoint still no luck.
one more thing, since game is offline, all the collectibles collected will not show after game online without trainer...
it may be that some parts of the game are scripted to health loss or other timings, like enemies entering a spot. If they are being killed immediately or their health goes past triggers, etc. then game scripts may break.
We cannot possibly code around 1000's of possible scripted events.

to get achievements to pop like normal during gameplay, just turn your internet back on after the game has started. worked fine for me until xbox live went down again for like the third or fourth time in two weeks.
The game is only 80 bucks and tied to your xbox account. I mean, maybe that doesn't matter to you if EAC suddenly dings you and you are banned from playing the game.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I did what was shown in video, did it many times and when ever the game starts after loading the anticheat first and when the videos start i press ok. and the pop up It is gone, nothing says leave launcher running or anything. When i press F1 to activate the trainer in start menu's it fails.
NOW was this Trainer made for WINDOWS 10 ONLY?? The way it shows in video it is win 10 and not 7. Has this trainer been tested in Windows 7 OS?
i stopped using or even testing windows 7 in 2015, when Microsoft basically had first said it was dropping support for it. The OS is 11 years old. I don't blame you for using it, but the honest answer is that I have no idea if the trainer or the launcher works with it. I wasn't even aware there was a 'microsoft store app' on windows 7. The trainer was created on Windows Store version of the game, since it came out like 12 hours earlier on that platform and because many people bought the game that way so they can play it on their console as well and vice versa. The fact there is a Steam version is kind of an anomaly for a WIndows Store game. At any rate, with that said, I don't see why the steps wouldn't work.
