Doesn't matter where I try to activate the trainer. In the Main Menu, in game once I'm able to move etc.

Yes I have ALL the DLC installed and enabled.

Yes, word for word. Including all the links.

All other trainers I've used from you guys have all been flawless, some with a tiny bit of troubleshooting but Civ 6 I just can't get working.

- All DLC installed AND enabled.
- Running DX 11 (tried 12 too, no dice).
- Tried starting game and trainer in Main Menu.
- Tried getting into a game first to the point where I can move units, no luck.
- No mods installed, present or activated in any way.

I just tested it, you need the gathering the storm expansion enabled then you need to be in the game and able to move your units around then activate the trainer

I ran into a similar problem but then I realized it was because I was using a "scenario." That scenario (the Alexander the Great one) wasn't using the Gathering Storm ruleset and was using like Macedonian mod or something. Basically, it wasn't meeting the criteria for the trainer to activate, even though I had all the DLCs activated.

But when I went to Create Game, selected the Gathering Storm ruleset and got onto the map where I could move units, etc. I was able to activate the trainer.

Don't know which part of the game you were trying but might be helpful to you.

That was it! Was trying to run it in the Vikings Scenario.

Shame we can't use the trainer in these, but at least normal game modes work. Thanks man!

OK.. This might have been answered, but 74 pages..

After a certain point, the civics and science trees stop working at 1 turn per. Now I read the README and realise this is probably the game doing it load/reload values thing, but even switching the options on and off doesnt have an effect, nor does closing the trainer and restarting it.

Anyone got any advice? or is it just the game saying 'Screw You! You have had too many quickies!!'?

Other than that, all options seem to be working nicely and as desired.

I recently bought Civilization 6 Anthology from Steam. The game version is 1.6.0.1082/1.6.0.4243. My request for a trainer update was denied. Any way to get an update for this awesome game? 🙂

Only works with Gathering Storm.
