Will there be a trainer designed for the Anthology version in the future perhaps? 🙂

So I had this:

21:30:39: Capture Unit Base Address, Script error in line 6: The module name 'GameCore_XP2_FinalRelease.dll' does not exist!

I have all the DLCs, including the new Leader Pass. I know in the past, it was a Gathering Storm issue. Heck, the trainer is the version of Civ 6 1.0.12.9 564030, the latest version.

Could it be the release of the Anthology and Leader Pass?

I just know that the trainer ONLY works with Gathering Storm.

I get the same error message and I verified that I've got Gathering Storm enabled, as well as Rise & Fall. I don't have the Anthology or Leader Pass, so I don't think this error has anything to do with the later DLC's...

This will be the LAST TIME I post this. This is for GATHERING STORM. Not Rise and Fall or any other DLC or base game.

I think I can finally respond to everyone who is having trouble with the trainer and the pesky GameCore_XP2_FinalRelease.dll issue, or at least in my case and how I resolved it.

You cannot run the trainer on the main menu. You NEED to be in an active game to have it work. The .dll library, as per the read-me, says "[the game] dynamically loads and unloads and reloads the game .dll while you play"

Hence, why the Capture Unit Base Address was not working. It was trying to detect a 'unit base' in a non-active game, and it can't because there was no active game on the main menu. It worked when I ran with Wilfrid Laurier as an active Civ, just with Gathering Storm and its associated DLCs.

I tried again after loading and re-enabling ALL the expansions which include the Frontier Pass, Gathering Storm, Rise & Fall, and Leader Pass. It works on Nzinga Mbande, the new Kongo leader.
