When I downloaded this trainer the rar file only contains a txt, the actual trainer is missing.
I just dloaded the top trainer #1 and both files are there. It's most likely being removed/blocked on your system. Checkout the Troubleshooting page,

So I downloaded this trainer last week and have been using it extensively since then but today, when I go to initialize the trainer and the game, the trainer closes right when the game loads or soon after. I actually have no idea what could be causing this and could use some help troubleshooting.

Can you try temporarily disabling your antivirus and see if the trainer runs.
I have a major problem. When the cutscene happens when you first go on the tempest ship and everybody is walking up the ramp.. the screen goes black and the loading symbol on the bottom right goes on but it stays on loading screen forever. I even disabled the cheat or not even put it on but same thing. Something i turned on messed up the game. Might be the tech point thing ... Does anybody know how to fix this? I cant continue with the game.

Here's one answer I saw:
No matter what players have been doing, they can’t seem to find a way to continue their progress in Mass Effect: Andromeda once they hit this error on the loading screen. Currently, there doesn’t seem to be any idea as to what causes it, and unfortunately, there’s no way to get past it either. For now, you’ll just have to completely exit out of the game and restart it. This does come with the unfortunate risk of losing some progress. Fortunately, Mass Effect: Andromeda tends to save before you hit a loading screen, so you really shouldn’t be affected too badly.
