Hi there,

Can you please try verifying the game files and remove the trainer from your PC? After that please reboot the PC and re-download the trainer to see if it will help.

This (updated) trainer was working flawlessly the last time I played SE4, but now when I push F1 to activate the trainer the voice says "Trainer cannot find game."
I have gone through all of the suggested steps to get this to work including moving the install folder for the game from my secondary HDD to the primary drive, with no luck. I even tried Sniper Elite 3 with accompanying trainer (which is located in the same folder and drive as SE4) and it worked flawlessly.
This is the first time I have encountered this issue.

I too have encountered this problem. It worked the first time I loaded the game up and quit working after that.

EDIT: Problem found. The GeForce Experience settings enable the Use DX12 setting, therefore running the wrong executable. Disabling that in the launcher fixed it for me.

Hi,

I also get Trainer can not find game (tried different Trainer-Versions). Can confirm that I use DX11 and both (Game & Trainer) are running as Admin.
Interesting Part is that Steam gives me as latest greatest Game Version: 1.5.2 (2017.08.09.23)...

This one I can check on, just need to install it. please stand by.

Fresh install of game and latest trainer, all is working fine for me. In the first splash screen where you pick PLAY or OPTIONS, under options are you sure that Use d3d12 is NOT checked?

Hi,

I reinstelled the Game (v1.5.2 (2017.08.09.23)). Using latest Trainer. Both Running as Admin and can confirm that in the Options DX12 is unchecked (in Taskmanager the SniperElite4_DX11.exe) is running.

Still Trainer can not find Game. Here the Debug Log:
Waiting for Trainer Activation
Injection-->3580
Trainer Cannot Find Program in Memory or Injection Failed.
140000000:0

Run the trainer as admin, not the game / steam.

My large Post was deleted because of Red Flag check. So heres the short Version.

Steam is not running as admin but:
Testrun 1: Game (normal), Trainer (admin) - Can not find game
Testrun 2: Game (a), Trainer (n) - Can not find game
Testrun 3: Game (a), Trainer (a) - can not find game

Game ist in german, tried english version (changed language in steam) - can not find game.
