If you bought the game in Germany, then you could possibly have a censored version with a different EXE than a North American one. The only way to get around this is to find a NO_CD FIX from somewhere you trust on the web. Match it's version to one of the trainers and launch it from the game's directory or make a desk-top short cut and NOT run it through Steam.

i was having same issue, i found the solution, if you have nvidia geforce installed, open it and if it automatically optimizing your game, click on your game and on the bottom right corner click Revert, that makes sure that "Use D3D12" is off

Hi, I just reinstalled and am replaying this game again. So I was wondering if CH will revisit slightly older games to update the trainer?

I am asking because a couple of the options aren't working. Specifically, the option#2 Silent Heartbeat, option#4 and option#7, No Reload and No Recoil, are not working.

Otherwise, no big deal, I am still having fun with the rest of the options.

Silent Heartbeat is working fine for me
No reload is working, but it does not work for every gun (says in readme)
No recoil is working, but does not work for every gun (says in readme)

I tried again, and Silent Heartbeat is still not activating for me. However, noted for the other 2.

Trainer for steam is working as intended.

Make sure when you run the game and the launcher pops up, you click

OPTIONS

then make sure

Use D3D12

is NOT checked.

Activate the trainer after you are at main menu inside the game, not the launcher.

First all I'd like to thank Caliber and the CH team with their help and great wok. I did everything you said to Caliber and still window comes up. "How do you want to open this file?" window comes up, even when I start the game and I'm at the main menu screen. D3D12 is not checked in the option of the launcher pop up. I have Windows 10 Home so i am not sure if there could be a setting in there inferring with the trainer?
I will keep trying to figure my own but if anyone has an idea why that Windows message keeps popping every time I try to run this trainer would be greatly appreciated. Just in case anyone wondering where I downloaded SE4, I did it through Steam..
