Honestly, it wouldn't do any good. The game was already unretired once back in March 2017 but they had a lot of trouble getting it to work after spending an entire day on it. Here's the reply I got back from PWiz back then:
Spore was never done as we tried for a whole day to get it to run on our machines and could not make it work. The expansion did run and we released an updated trainer for that today.

They're not going to spend any more time on it. The messages about it are found here if you'd like to read them:

Sorry, we tried.

What if they tried now? Things might have changed. I got it working on mine, and it isn't all fancy. If there truly is no hope, then I understand and won't push it any more. I thank you for your time.
You're welcome to ask them if you'd like. In my opinion it's done and not the kind of game they want me to submit for unretiring especially since they already tried once. I really don't want to list it again unless they ask me to. Sorry.

Who do I ask about this? Who exactly? I would just want one update for the current, I doubt they will update after this. If they do, then I wouldn't ask again. I wouldn't even care if it went back into retired after one update to match the current game version.
Star Wars: Empire At War. This game is still being widely played. The Empire at War Remake mod is evidence of that
Actually, this game just came up 2 or 3 pages back. Caliber has stated that they no longer own that game. But also, an ex-Mod here told a member that the Star Wars: Empire at War - Forces of Corruption Trainer still works and to try that one.

I vote for Braid. There isn't a single working trainer in existence for the current Steam or GOG versions, and it's basically impossible to find an old exe.
I didn't see why it was retired in the first place and it's 9 years old so it will be a tough sell at best, but I listed it with your vote so I guess we'll find out. Thanks.
