That game is on the Permanently Retired Games -- NOT Eligible For Voting list on page one of this thread.
Tell you what though. I don't see any retired info on this so I'm going to PM Caliber and ask him if we can list it for voting. Best I can do right now. Stay tuned. Thanks.
EDIT: I got a reply back from Caliber. They're so busy with new games and updates that it's highly unlikely they could look at unretiring that game. Sorry.

Please may I also vote for Hotline Miami? I think the developer moved it off GameMaker (like HM2) so hopefully a trainer with Godmode etc won't be such a ballache. Plus maybe the bastard has finally stopped updating the game.

Are people reading why the games were originally retired? I mean, there is valid reasons for making games retired. Are people looking to see if the reason still applies?

I usually catch those Cal and if the reason still applies, I don't list them for voting or I ask you directly as I did with Masquerada: Songs and Shadows at the top of the page. I hadn't gotten to today's posts yet and Hotline Miami is already listed as Not Eligible in the front of the thread as Marc said.
There are some games that don't have a reason listed in the forum so I ask for clarification on those as well. It would help if they all had the reasons posted for future reference.
It's been 6 months since I've submitted one with 5 votes...miss me? 😉 Thanks for checking in on this, though.
