The notes say they previously tried to make a trainer for it but it wasn't possible.

Those 2 trainers are older than CH will generally update. That and Caliber has said they no longer even have the disks for them:

However, it looks like one is retired and the other is still Active. Your First requested trainer is marked Active:

Hi, I would like to see Minecraft Windows 10 edition brought back and unretired. I recently purchased a lifetime plus membership after being a monthly on and off customer for this. I know it is my error not making sure before signing up, but it would really be awesome if it could be brought back . I can't find anywhere else where mods are available for the windows 10 edition. 😃
It was retired by Caliber, the trainer creator, as there are plenty of console commands available:
