I have talked with your request with Jaks and he just pointed it out for me that the game was evaluated as impossible to create a trainer.

The below quote is from the page which you linked.

"We previously evaluated this title and a trainer was not possible or the game is multiplayer/online only so it has been marked as RETIRED."

Caliber was emphatic about not wanting to update this game any further. To be fair, since it's no longer updating, I will ask him if the game could be at least considered for voting.

Did you read the game thread? Members said there are Console cheats available and one member said there was also a Save Editor somewhere. That's part of the reason it was retired, too. Thanks.

EDIT: @ Two: Cal said no on this game. Best guess is it's mainly due to the existing Console Commands like these:

There was a report that the Trainer for Liberty City was working for this. Have you tried that?

It was retired because the many updates always trash the trainer requiring a whole day to update a new one. Steam shows it's still updating, they just updated again March 11. Caliber previously wrote:

"This title has been retired. It has patched multiple times in the short time we have had the trainer available, and each time the changes to the underlying game engine are so massive that it required 12-13 hours to remake the trainer. Since less than 100 people (really less than 75) even bothered to download the trainer in the last several months, this trainer/game is retired. This title is not popular enough, and the developer is radically changing the engine so often that we cannot spend this kind of time updating it over and over."
