After installing SMAPI to mod the game, the trainer doesnt work, ive tried puting the new API.exe into the "game path" for the cheat and it still says game not found, but when i click start game on the cheat it opens it with the mods and everything.
is there a way to get the cheat to recognize SMAPI as the game?

Not without custom programming. We typically do not support game mods.

Whenever I go to volcano and enter combat and swing my sword i freeze and also the unlimited health does not seem to work there either.

This seems like a very specific fault with the trainer. What I suggest is to post this in an update report, and also post an save game right before you go there so we have a fast way to test.

Is there anyway to have the trainer work with SMAPI for thoise of us who like to add mods please? It uses a different executable so if you start the game that way the trainer can't find the game.

Hi Beastieboy.

Unfortunately all our trainer are made for un-modded games. Mods tend to change things around to the point the trainers will either stop working partly or fully. Your only bet is to figure something out on your side, or play without mods.

Hi! I have had this reported before. In fact probably several posts about it in the forums, possibly with reason or solution.

What I have never gotten is a save game, where the save game goes, and how to reproduce this problem on my own machine, because HERE with MY save and where I AM in the game and how I have it set up HERE, I cannot reproduce this issue

Perhaps later in the story the game uses a different function to do stuff and my injection point isn't getting the data any more from the function I chose to inject into. But I have no way of knowing since I am not playing this game 20 more hours to try and "see where it starts not working", and nobody is sending me anything to try and help me to fix this if there is an issue

So this remains "trainer working as intended and tested working here"

If you are using MODS or ANYTHING ELSE that would inject into the game or modify how the game flow functions, THAT might be the issue.
