All options say activated successfuly however there is no change to keys/hearts/coins etc.
As it has been a couple months since this trainer was released I do believe there have been some updates. Would you be able to check this out.
Yes, I have tested with AV off, running as admin etc. etc. I have previously had trainers for this game working. -

Now I will just say what problem I have and hope someone has an idea what I can do to undo my problem.
Firstly I have already used some trainers from this site and never got this problem, I haven't had many problems with the trainers anyway, mostly they work wonders. And also this trainer once worked for me, so I'm a little unsure why not now anymore.
So...I start the trainer from the steam folder for the binding of Isaac rebirth, then I start the game, I hit F1 and it says "activated". After that I start a run and here comes the problem, I can use any option, it will say "activated" but the effect won't happen, so I can hit 2 but I won't get 99 bombs.

I don't know where the problem was exactly, but at least I don't have it anymore. Thank you for the advice.
