There is no renewal date because you paid for the lifetime membership.

Edit: unlimited means that you are able to download as many trainers as you want.

I didn't miss any concept at all. You seem confused as to what you purchased. I don't know why it is asking you for a code since you paid for a lifetime membership. I also gave an explanation what "unlimited" means. If updating Max Payne 3 doesn't work, then you will have to get in touch with Pwizard as to why it is requesting an additional code for you to download the trainer.

You currently have Yearly Unlimited. This can be determined by the "EXPIRES XX/XX/XXXX" text in your dashboard.

Since you have an issue with your account. I advise you to contact Pwiz via pm with the proof of what you purchased.

Proof: Either the recipt number from paypal or a screen shot should do.

You do not realise how much work go's into trainer making and keeping them up to date. Heck even providing support to for thoses having problems with them. This site has been runing for YEARS. It has and still always will provide top quality work. If you have issues with that you can go use a free trainer which is most likely filled with viruses and more!

@Magnumus - Your account is LIFETIME. No idea what "access code" you are talking about as we do not have anything like that on our site or trainers.

Alright well, the list of games that have 20 or more updates, some trainers when you open them, say you need an internet connection or redeem an access code from CHU and launch trainer again, so far the one I have noticed is with Max Payne 3. BTW I do love this site and will remain here and here only. Just lookin for some answers.
