What it is asking for is an offline access key. Though unless you are having connection problems, I wouldn't worry to much about it. But just in case, you can find more info here. Under the section of Offline Trainer Authentication

I had this problem once but checked the site help/faq at bottom of page and found my answer. The ch manager is really helpful.
