I am in pelgius mind and i do not know what to do with pelgius the tormented can not figure out what to do? help

1.Speak to Sheogorath and complete the three curing tasks:
For paranoia: Using the Wabbajack, shoot the two men on the opposite side of the arena.
For night terrors: Shoot the sleeping Pelagius with the Wabbajack and then the creature that spawns, repeat until he wakes up.
For anger issues: Shoot Confidence twice to enlarge him then shoot his attackers to shrink them.
2.Speak to Sheogorath, receive the Wabbajack and be transported back to the Blue Palace.

thanks have been shooting pelgius and shooting the things that come up at one time i had young pelgius show up also wolf that turned into a goat and then all of a sudden a whole bunch of red smoke and i shoot him again and bandit chief shows up then i kill bandit chief and young pelgius shows up again.

Are you doing them in the specific order noted in my post though?

the hip bone has no use after the quest.
