XCOM: Enemy Within Discussion
Trainer Tools and Resources
I cant use the PLUS or MINUS etc to adjust some things .. e.g. rank, stats ..
It also happens with engineers or scientists, but they increase the number .. same the money .. it says activated, it gives me 10K, but I have to wait until the "deactivated" message until I can use it again.
Same problem with the Editors .. one option is working, others dont .. E.g. lowering threat, stats (sad there are only ingame, not barracks) works, but no engineers, resources, money etc.
I have no AV, Firewall .. I actually never have problems with trainers .. except for wrong versions.
Which could be the problem, but so far I never had a trainer who worked only for 50% .. either it works or it doesnt.
My game version is 126.96.36.1996 .. the latest cheats crashes the game, so I am using the second latest.
So the baracks stats works, but only for the first Soldier, not for the rest.

It keeps saying that Trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.A!bit gets blocked.
I tried running it as admin and it wouldn't let me. It just wont let me run it at all.
I don't see why a trojan would need to be installed anyways. If the trainer needs to authenticate there are plenty of ways to do that without weird **** like that.
This isn't AVG or Avast, and I've never had Windows Defender actually stop me from launching something before.
Again, many trainers and tons of macros and cheatengine cheat tables. They all dll inject and listen for kb&m events, and none of them have ever been flagged as a trojan before, so windows defender obviously doesn't care about those things. But it cares about this one.
I'll just use cheat tables on this one I guess..
Have tried before/after game starts, have put the trainer in the game directory, tried run as admin, compatibility options... is there anything else I should try? I have no antivirus or anything
I activate at main menu, click on a soldier in game and press numpad 1 (for example) it says activated, so I press + and/or * and hear nothing. After a second or 2, it then says deactivated followed by activated straight after but there is no change to any stats.
Have tried a bunch of different options, but they all fail to change anything.
What am I doing wrong? (I've also double checked I'm running the correct version of XCOM:EW)
