Hi Ramoso,
You need enable the Num4 option, select an item on the quickbar and also hover your mouse over it. If you have a second monitor you can see that the trainer pulls the data out of the game and the values will be shown in the editor section.
You can modify the values, but please note that it can completely destroy your item if not edited properly. Try not to hover over any other items in your inventory either as that might "confuse" the trainer. For example when I tried to modify the ID only, it will transfer the item, but the values are not pulled into the item, thus making it useless. I turned an acorn into a knife, but it still acted as an acorn.
However, it is useful if you modify a specific value such as the axe power to something high and you will get a real OP axe for cutting trees like this: imgur.com/a/OMEQCWu
Basically, you can modify the values in the editor click the box on the left and the editor will remember and apply the value to the selected item.
I hope the above helps.
All the best,
Ben
ok thanks a bunch! ill try it on common items first to get the feel for it
Is the "One hit kills option not working for anyone else ?
Some things seem to be working and not working for me. For instance, the infinite health is working, but one hit kills is not working. Ghost mode is working, but the super speed does not appear to be working. Map reveal is not working for me, and I do have my lighting set to retro.
I'm running Windows 10 home 64 bit.

I am also having the same issue. I have my lighting set to Retro and the reveal map option is not working as intended.
Bit Defender is known to cause such weird issues and do that even if you disable it and whitelist the trainer. The only known solution is to uninstall it and switch to a different AV. I suggest you give it a try as you can always reinstall it if it hasn't helped.
For BitDefender folks there is way to workaround via exceptions A/V.
Go to Antivirus->Manage Exceptions
Add the DIR for the EXE and (key part) also add exception for DIR where Users where trainer stores tmp file, this should be like -> c;\users\*USER*\cheathappens
And ensure you Select
1.On-access scan
2.On-demand scan
3.Embedded Scripts
Then Save Exception
This works for me for all CH trainers 🙂
