Bit Defender is known to cause such weird issues and do that even if you disable it and whitelist the trainer. The only known solution is to uninstall it and switch to a different AV. I suggest you give it a try as you can always reinstall it if it hasn't helped.

Everything seems to work except "Super Speed" for me. I've tried modified values 1,4,10,50,99.
