Installing now for testing will report back (ultimate edition)

Trainer opened and is working fine after fresh install of game and latest trainer

Verify integrity of game files via STEAM
Delete and get a new copy of latest trainer
Delete all files in C:\Users\user name here\AppData\Local\Temp
Reboot PC and extract the new trainer (in folder excluded for AV scans)
Run trainer as admin right click on it and try again

remeber cv-yourusername.exe is for 1st game and clos-yourusername.exe is for the second one.

I used the trainer up until Chapter 3 of LOS and whenever I either try to start any level, or skip the video intro, this image pops up. I have tried running as admin, disabling virus scanners, changing compatibility, etc. It even happens when I'm not using the trainer.

Is this something that happened because of the trainer or something wrong with the game itself? Has this happened to anyone before and do you know how to fix it while still saving the game progress hopefully?

I finished the game awhile back with the trainer and had no issues with it. If you bought the game off Steam I would recommend you do a integrity check, a lot of times this will fix any errors.
