I submitted an excel workbook that has most of the ItemIDs (items 1 through 540), hero SkillIDs, unit MedalIds and most unit UpgradeIDs (1 through 99). For HEX editing.

I can't get this trainer to work at all. I've gone through the video, but I can't even get that far. When I run it, I just get an error message that says, "Click to Start Program."
Yes, the firewalls and AV is disabled, and I'm right-clicking and running as Administrator. Monkeying with compatibility settings does nothing either.
Reading the directions doesn't help, either. Those begin by saying, "Start editor," which is exactly what I can't do.
Neither does reading the troubleshooting guide at Cheathappens help at all: this problem isn't addressed, though it has happened before a couple of times.
I can usually get cheathappens trainers and editors to work, but not this one.

"I just get an error message that says, "Click to Start Program." That's not an error, it's the CH protection. Have you click on 'Start' button? It should start the trainer.

Wow! Thanks for replying!
I got it working now, I think.
I was only turning off my antivirus for the folder in which the root .exe of the trainer is housed. But apparently the trainer also takes root somewhere else (?), so it was only after turning off the AV completely that I got it running.
I point this out for the benefit of anybody with a similar problem.

Due to the CH protection you must include your temp folder to exclusion list as well. I guess that was your problem.
