Hello,
Long ago I signed up for Cheathappens, and there was a promotion for a lifetime account. I have not logged in for some time, but I find that my account has been downgraded to free.
Would a CH staff member kindly look into my history and rectify this error?

A while ago the unlimited titles where changed to the regular titles so beggars would have a harder time finding people with Unlimited accounts. It's possible that your account is still unlimited even though the title does not say so.

his account is not UNL. An admin will need to look into this issue.

You have multiple accounts and are logging in with the wrong one.
