I have an issue where it says that my Netframework is "Unhandled". I don't know what I am doing wrong because I have tried to update to the NetFramework that is listed in this threads very first post. My computer says I have a more up to date version and that I cannot install this version. What am I doing wrong?
Have you created a scan exclusion in your security software for the editor exe file and the Work folder (-> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\) and launched the editor with admin rights?
Did you intentionally download the editor or didn't notice that the trainer is #2 in the download list?
I have for both of your questions. I have tried adding the exclusion of the "Work" folder and I have launched the trainer with admin rights, so far I still get the error of the NetFramework being unhandled. I still do not know what I am doing wrong if it is even on my end.
I did download the editor knowing what it was. I also know that there are 2 types of trainers for this game, I downloaded the editor first because I felt that it suited me better for what I was trying to do.
Get the framework installer from Microsoft Link, run it and if there is an option for repair, use that. Otherwise just install as normal and try it again.
I have the game so I'll test it myself here in a minute.

I have just tried to download the Netframework from the site you linked. I was not given the option to repair. What I was told was that I already have this version or a later version installed. I cannot install this version due to already having one that was equal or greater.
When I click on continue the problem persists, the box keeps popping up. My only option is to click ignore which gives me the same problem, which is that the box keeps popping up. Only when I click quit does the box disappear but also the trainer closes.
Please cut and paste the entire message in the details box, need to see the whole thing.
