Not that I am aware of. I recently did a fresh reformat of my SSD containing windows 10. I used Ninite if that helps. Is there a program that is blocking this editor?
For antivirus and malware, I have Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Total Security. But I have already added the exclusions for the folders and trainers.

It's possible, get CCLeaner and analyze your system run the clean, then scan the registry and let it fix anything that pops up, may have to run the registry part 2-3 times for the free version, reboot and make sure the editor or folder it is in and the work folder for cheathappens are still in the exclusion list for your antivirus and try it again.
Running windows 10 64bit myself and it works.

Wow...OK... try either disabling the advanced and rootkit scanning in malware or uninstall one of them. In the past they did not work well together, I don't know if that has been corrected yet but there are still reports of advanced and rootkit scanner conflicting with Kaspersky depending on the versions being run and could be triggering the "ArithmeticOverflowException"
