I also cannot get the trainer to work. I am pretty savvy with PC software, and no matter what I try, it will only crash when trainer is activated. I got close once, and that was a fluke. I got into the Menu, pressed F1 to activate the trainer, no crash (ahhhhhhh, the gods are shining down!), go into story mode and it crashed before the game loads up.

Please make a Steam Fortune's Edition! And its not Farcry2 with Furtunes DLC, its Farcry 2 Fortunes Edition. <--- For all the peeps saying it works with the DLC.

Due to this game's age it is unlikely that it will receive any further support, you are welcome to try though

Thats because it is Far Cry 2 with the Fortune Pack DLC.

But you are right current trainer doesn't work, even though it is 1.03 with the DLC installed. They must have changed the binary to coincide with Uplay servers for the Multiplayer maps etc.

Well, then I owe an apology to ...everyone on this thread. I got the game of steam and it said fortune's edition but I guess it's a different version. . It makes sense that's why it works for me a few other people and not for others.
That being said, I hope the trainer gets an update if Caliber finds the time. You can't beat cheathappens trainers!

They updated trainer, but unfortunately still crashes game for me. Stupid DLC always making life hard for our CHs crew!

I am curious, since this is still an active title do you still support the trainer? Also since the steam version of the fortunes version came out and it does not work with the trainer, there will be no way for the trainer to be compatible with this particular version of the game? Or am I the only one who is slow.....

Anyone think they will update the trainer?
