ditto, with far cry 3 coming out, I'd like to play the steam far cry 2 fotunes edition and I've tried eerything. Run as administrator, data execution prevention, renaming punkbuster, etc.

Ok, I can get the trainer to run with Steam 1.03 by running the trainer with administrator privs, and disabling the punkbustr A & B services, and only enabling the trainer at the main menu (instead of in-game) and then loading a saved game.

*But* When trying to use the 9 function (999 diamonds) it does not work, which is what I really need to work.

So I can get the trainer to run, but the add diamond function needs to be updated in the trainer.

Since this trainer is still listed as active. Please listen to your members and post a trainer that will work with the Far Cry 2 Fortunes Edition. None of the fixes/workarounds posted here are working.

I too would like to request that a trainer is made.
Perhaps we (or I), should message PWizard directly, so that he can be informed of this situation.

I've got Fortune edition too.
If they don't want to release a new trainer, please could they (or anyone...) give information... about:
Disable Punkbster a and B: crash after F1
Maybe with win 7 the things are different (in task manager services you can find PunkbsterA and B and you can enable or disable them).
Some tips?
The game crashes even if I saved.
It crashes if you put in the same folder, if you run before the game or after. It simply doesn't work.

I hate to be one of THOSE people but I bought the steam version of Far Cry 2 Fortune's edition and the current trainer works fine for me. The 1.03 version. Health, ammo, med syringes,no reload and diamonds. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for others. Anyway, just my two cents.

Just a quick +1 for this,
Bought the steam fortune edition and the trainer functions fine on my system..
Win7 x64 ultimate ran as administrator with ZERO issues,

Must be something clashing with it on other systems :/
