New trainers uploaded with improved shield option.

    Chris,

I am still having issues with the talent/power points clearing each time. My Shepard is well over level 100, and I followed your instructions, but they don't seem to stick. They were sticking, but the last few times, they clear out. Frustrating...any thoughts?

Also, I have the DVD version of the game, but the DVD version of the trainer crashes the game. However, the Origin trainer works great, FYI.

    Thanks!

    Scotty

Check out the "Little coalesced guide" thread. Read the OP. Another user was having the same problem.

I would suggest binding a negative (i.e.-60) number to clear your squad points first. Once you do that, save, then edit the coalesced again and bind a positive number of your choice. Using this method should clear these "ghost" points you're having trouble with, then enabling you to set more "permanent" points.

And since you're having problems with this, I would stay away from activating the trainer squad points again.

I can't say for sure this will work. With all due respect, I think this may be a better fix for you until someone addresses officially fixes the issue.

I never saw a reply to my previous post. Is there anyway at all to stop the internal timer in the game so that 1. readiness does not go down over time and 2 and most importantly so the side missions do not expire. There is some kind of timer in game that gets rid of them after x amount of time i don't think it's a if you do mission A B automaticly is gone. If you find a way to stop said timers i'd love you seriously though i don't want to do multiple play through i want 100 percent complete on 1 like i did in me1 and me2.

I am pretty sure that there's no internal timer for side missions. Some become available or unavailable only after certain point in the main storyline (the ones mark priority).

Why would you disable/uninstall AV, Firewall and other security software when you are going have to connect to their server online, doesn't that leave you computer wide open to any kind of threat?

so that this same security software won't block the trainer for doing things that those software programs like to block or prohibit (like accessing other programs, injecting code into it, and redirecting program flow within a process space, all of which trainers do)...

we are telling you that your AV/Firewall/antimalware software is the MOST LIKELY cause of your problems. if you don't want to turn that off to test and see, then that is up to you.

    best,
    Cal
