--Higher values for research/culture/production points. An added decimal place would do wonders here. I know in the coding it divides by 100 most of these values, and perhaps that is why they are so low for the trainer right now. PWiz could fix this one relatively easily.
The problem with increasing the research/culture/production points is that the extra points go the next item, which would make it very hard to use the option sparingly for certain items, or only in the beginning of the game, as I know I do. If you want free techs or policies then check out the Instant Tech/Policy thread (Link). For production (buildings not projects) I've found it's easiest to put 2 items in the queue, hit the option, and then just spam the up arrow on the 2nd item in the queue...this lets you rapidly increase the amount of production points without ever needing to move the mouse.
