I counted the number of nominations I got and there were 51. So I disqualified the last villain to be nominated to make it a round 50. The one to be disqualified was Priscilla from Claymore.
So this is how things will work.
Round 1 will have 5 polls. The top 6 from each will move onto Round 2.
That means Round 2 will have 30 villains and there will be 3 polls.
The final round will take the 3 highest scoring villains from the 3 polls, the final villain will be the highest scoring of those that are left.

Intresting Doomsday or DoctorDoom. Well Doomsday was not intentially bad he was just a tool while DoctorDoom is clearly a best villain on the list. Also i dont understand all this hype about a retarted clown named joker... he is disgusting/ugly and boring.

For me it was a toss-up between Kefka and Mewtwo. Gave it to Mewtwo.
