I won't tell you how. The fun part is discovering these things on your own. I will tell you that Google is my best friend when it comes to finding things, Have a look around there. Also another 2 places to look at are GBATemp and PokeCommunity. Have fun learning

For an Emulator I'll just tell you. Use No$GBA. Just go to it's website to download. it should have "emubase" in it's URL. For the URL use Google and search for "no gba".

I still won't tell you how to get a ROM though.

You couldn't be farther from the truth. The largest DS game is 128 MB, and that's when it's stretched to its limits. The size of a device has nothing to do with its memory. DS cartridges simply aren't made to hold that much data, and 32GB micro SD cards are.
