You're not supposed to enjoy school.
Sorry to sound like a cliche' parent but, you go to school to learn and be trained as a valued member of society, not to have fun.
In America, the only things we learn are math and science. I've been learning the same things in history and english for the past 4 years. It gets boring.
But, since my 360 is currently out of commission, I enjoy school.

I had to read Of Mice and Men every year from 6th grade through the 11th grade. I escaped it in 12th by taking creative writing and sci-fi, two courses only open to seniors.

But wouldn't you be able to eventually remember the entire book and not have to read it?
