Divinity 2: Ego Draconis Message Board  

I updated my game and eagerly tried the new trainer. Lo and behold, my game shut down. Checking my version, I now have 1.3.13.100. I'm no better off than I was when I had v 1.0.12.52.

i'm pretty sure they already know about the issue and are requesting someone post the exe of 1.3.13.100 online somewhere and link it here

if no one has done it within the next 8 hours (cause i'm at work) i'll post it

no problem, i've been frantically checking the site myself for any updates / new working trainers so i can understand your frustration.

If you're at home and can link up the exe that'd probably help out... any free file share website would probably do the trick

like i said earlier if it hasn't been done by the time i get off work i'll try to post it up my self.

Update to the 1.03 patch. Then download this exe.

Note the version numbers match. Since some didn't notice the matching version I am gonna assume all are babes in the woods.

Go to your Divinity 2 install directory. Dbl clk on BIN then backup your .exe file for safety. Overwrite with this newer exe. Launch the trainer then launch the game. Enjoy.

just to verify, you are using the eng version of the game?

I got the error message of "incompatible version" when trying the russian fixed .exe file... couldn't even get the game to launch

you didn't by chance get one of the other versions and use the english or language patch did you?

what we need is a NON-IMPULSE BOXED RETAIL version of the .exe that is 1.3.10.100 or whatever

the impulse .exe is packed differently and it also looks for impulse .dll's which we don't and won't have

Yeh, sorry guys but we cannot support 5 different versions of every single patch that comes out for this game. You guys can try the no-cd fix that matches the version we posted. If that doesn't work, then sorry. Maybe one day they actually WILL release a patch that brings all the different versions together. I would recommend bringing this up on the developer forums.
