Unless its not him. You can't keep banning people forever. It's similar to the US trying to get Osama. Somebody will replace him. Even if it was an IP ban, he'd just find someone else.

He keeps ripping CH trainers because he is an idiot. He can't even rip trainers right, let alone make them by himself.
