Btw if you use ACOG in third person it makes you zoom farther so you can see opponents from farther away.

The thermal scope is excellent if you're not on a snowy map, as for sniping in general on the game i've found plenty of great spots. Ofcourse some maps are better than others for sniping but thats always been the case.
