Its seems fine till patch 1.2, but does not work with patch 1.3

Any solution?

Works fine with 1.3 (tested myself, RC7 at any rate), I'd suggest double checking the steps you've taken.

A quick update as I ran into a little problem the other day...

When editing the files, make sure you DON'T backup the originals, if you really feel you need to make sure they're kept in a completely seperate folder, reason being that if you have "copy of xxx" the game will try to read that file as well as the edited version, resulting in duplicated entries and therefore, CTDs.

wtf...my client crashes after i try to start the game after choosing country...why? I read that it works for 1.3 patch but seems not. Could some1 post their edited files that work?

What's posted on the first page works fine, again I suggest start over, follow the steps carefully, and if you still have trouble please be more specific with what's causing the problem (and remember what I've posted here about making backups! )
