should i buy this game?
what sort of game it is?
never heard of ARMA before

ummm, the game is really good. But I recommend to wait till the bugs are fixed

I only recommend it if you played and liked Operation Flashpoint.

It's basically the same thing with new storyline and improved graphics.

Definitely buy it if you are a fan of realistic FPS/3PS shooters. There are a lot of glitches in the beginning and it is demanding on your pc, but the online co-op and adversarial is fantastic. Not to mention it comes with a built in editor and wizard(faster making sp missions) so the replay value is insane.

to be honest i dont think this game is as demeanding as i initally thought!! Its a great game which even tho the bugs until the 1.3 patch were criplng to its status! now its really starting to shine!

Tip if u are having trouble with making the game run smooth try and revert the graphics to default on the settings

I say this due to i am now running it on Very high default setting and its fine where 2 days ago after messing around with the advanced settings on the medium i had lag and tons of texture popins!!

I don't think the demo is a true representation of what the game is going to be like... A lot of people I know are put off mainly because it's a dog to run. The latest steam demo patch is 1.2 something, so after you buy the game and patch it to 1.3 it gets faster and less laggy/buggy? Please elaborate...
