This is for USA "Turning Point". This will give you about 25 minutes. Start the mission and save asap. Go into your saved game folder and look for that saved game. Open the file named "game" (Make sure to backup the file) open with notepad, your looking for this:

Now just change this:

{current "/3/"}
{state "/3/"
{delay 1.943}-this to this- {delay 999.943} and save file.

If done right that will give about 25 minutes.
