Wiz, take a look at what I suggested in my last post and see if you can make a balanced team with what I said. I'll point you in the right direction, but you should learn how to make a decent team.
Ace, try combining Sleep talk with Rest. What items are you using? What type is your Hidden Power?
Ninetales looks reasonable par not knowing which Hidden Power and Sleep Talk.
Staraptor should have Return or Double Edge over Sleep Talk.
Bibarel has move redundancy, Water Gun is useless when you have Surf. Adamant isn't good for Surf.
Flygon has a terrible nature, Secret Power and Faint Attack won't out damage Earthquake par something that is immune to it, which is what Outrage is for.
Marowak should have a Thick Club and an Adamant nature to raise its attack to an outrageous level (Thick Club will double its attack power) Earthquake is its main attack with Stone Edge/ Double Edge for type coverage and Fire/Thunder Punch for Skarmory/ Bronzong and Skarmory/ Gyarados.
Empoleon can be physical with Swords Dance, mixed or special.

Speed and defence on Furret?
It is an interesting combination.
Aggron will benefit with EVs in HP more than EVs in Defence.
Charizard should be Modest.
Grumpig would be better with Leftovers and a Quiet nature (Quiet will be better for Trick Room), any reason you didn't go with Thick Fat for your ability?
Pinsir and Shiftry look good.
Half of your team is weak to Fighting, however the other half resist it so it's semi ok.
You have physical and special attack and defence, however you don't have anything for mixed.
Its reasonable for a UU team, your getting better at making them.

roserade timid poison point damp rock ev's in sp.atk,speed weather ball rain dance grass knot sleep powder
i gave him rain dance over sunny day because a charizard with choice specs heat wave,stab,and power up from sunny day is an ensured k.o when rain dance will decrease its power
i chose this set because its pretty much used to cripple.Trick passes on the choice scarf they will most likeley switch out and i use teeter dance to confuse the switch out and i just focus blast and psychic from there
lapras evs in hp,special attack quick claw water absorb modest
hydro pump ice beam thunder bolt psychic
i chose this set because lapras will pretty much wall any special hit with her naturally high sp.defence so this set is used for type coverage quick claw will be guarenteed to atleast activate once so i will use that to take down any sweepers such as gengar and nasty plot raichu.
raichu is basicly the sucker punch turn around i've fought many people that like to use moves like sucker punch and stat gaining moves so i'll encore them giving me a chance to nasty plot a couple times and then they will try to kill me so my focus sash will activate and i will have a chance to sweep or take out most of their team.
drifblim unburden petaya berry evs in speed and sp.atk timid substiute shadow ball thunder bolt hypnosis
this set is used like so.Hypnosis will put there first pokemon to sleep making them switch out i will then sub up and they will atk me and i will use sub again till down to petaya after that my unburden ability turns on so i have a chance to sweep shadow ball thunderbolt are the attacks used for the sweep so i have a chance to take out most of the team.
claydol levitate leftovers ev's in sp.def and def bold substiute earth power calm mind stealth rock
heres how it works.Stealth rock will set up to take out any focus sash's and i'll have enough hp after a hit(hopefully) to set up a sub get in 1 or 2 calm minds and get a couple hits with earth power,earth power is mainly to take care of taunt.
any comments or reccomendations

ghost, i tested that team that you sugested and it didnt work out very well so any onther choices for a perfect dragon gym team
