Hey, ghost, what nature should my Vaporeon be?

I have a vaporeon
if you were asking me i'd go with bold

That depends on what you want to do.

If you want to take hits on both sides, Bold (see mine on page 16).
If you want to take special hits, Calm.
If you want to use it mainly to attack, Modest (350 Special attack and STAB Hydro Pump isn't something to take lightly).

Hmmm hes not very fast nice opiniong though gamewiz if he was going for a speed vaporeon it would be naive or jolly.

Now that you have the best physical and special walls you just need to worry about mixed sweepers (Infernape in particular as it has STAB Flamethrower on Skarm and STAB Close Combat on Bliss).
I suggest making a mixed attacking Salamence now, I could give you a clone of mine, however I bred three max IVs on to my Sala and no stat has under 16 (only one stat has less than 20 <_<) unlike my Garchomp which was a quick breed (two max IVs with poor defence and HP IVs).
What move set did you give Blissey again?

Bes, if you intend on breeding IVs I suggest getting a couple of boxes of dittos, Dittos are the best Pokemon to have for breeding IVs and natures.

EDIT: Game_Wiz, Jolly and Naive are terrible natures for Vaporeon.
If you want it to have speed give it Timid with a Choice Scarf.
