well brave bird hits itself with it when the opponite pokemon got hit with is but i think it will be good for it

As does Flare Blitz. If their power levels are similar, I'd go with Flare Blitz and forget Brave Bird.

Flare Blitz and Brave Bird are exactly the same par the type (120 power with 1/3 damage recoil) and Flare Blitz has a 10% chance to burn.

On Blazekin Flare Blitz is superior because of STAB.
