When you say it doesn't work, what happens? Does the game crash or the options just don't do anything? If it's the latter then your antivirus or firewall software is preventing the trainer from attaching to the game. This is the primary difference between promo and full trainer.

it says activated...then nothing. i disabled my antivirus and tried it, still nothing.
also put trainer in game folder, tried starting trainer before and after starting game. made sure i ran game as administator. did not try compatibility mode however, could that be it?

edit: also cleared cache and re-installed trainer.

You could try that. if you have AVG you might have to add an exception for it or disable the service completely. If it was a version conflict the trainer would crash the game. Doing nothing is a clear sign of the trainer not having permission to write to the game's memory.

just for a lark, i deleted my AVG and tried it. (planning on switching to Avast anyway). still no go.

Sorry, not sure what else to tell you. Something is blocking it.

I've got some other problem:
Whenever I try to use the F-Keys in the new Megatrainer, it won't say "Activiated" and i don't seem to get the Trainer Effects. All the other Functions are working normal though...
