I was just wondering if the one turn recruitment could cause a bug in the game. I just realized that I cannot recruit new units since the time for adding new units is at -1 (minus one). Is there a way to fix that?

No, the units seem to be stuck even after ending the turn. I tried removing the unit, waiting a turn and destroy the barracks building (the one that allows recruitment).à

have you tried with a new save? verify the game files? reinstall the game? uninstall any mods?
