WE NEED MORE OPTION IN TRAINER LIKE NO DAMAGE TO VEHICLE, NO RELOAD IN GUNS, ENEMY'S DRIVE SLOW

Perhaps you can learn how to do it and make it your self, because i do not think Cheat Happens will be doing it any time soon they are busy. I am not talking for them per say just through observation, one can pick up on all kinds of Information.

Really? Anyway, I think it's nearly impossible to do so, cause some things are just hard-coded into the game. GTA SA was a lot easier, but still hard.

Make enemies drive slower? 😵

They already go slow and stop when you get too far behind... what more do you want?

I think they will do no car damage option later when they have time.
It should be possible , because there are some trainers which do that (with xlive wrapper)

Just take a fast(er) car and chase them. Just be careful with his possible traps (vehicles that suddenly flip over in front of you).

Or you can try to shoot his tires. Be careful with that as well. I recommend doing that with the pistol, since it's damage isn't too great, but hitting your goal with it is easier.
