trainer doesn't work (t hear the voice saying activated) but it doesn't work, also after awhile the program crashes

using Windows Vista Ultmate x64

The last trainer I was using with two options ran fine but this one crashes as soon as i enabled the two new options. I had to customize the keys 'cause flying the only fly-able vehicle type: Heli is impossible without using NUMPAD

DEP jumps in and crashes my game. I'm not using the Live Wrapper dll and i have the exact version of xlive dlls as stated here somewhere.

Trainer doesn't work for me either. Running Vista Ultimate 64. Guy says "activated" and does so again when I press Num 1, 2, 3, etc., but it does not work. Frustrating as I just payed $25 to sign up for a year pretty much just for this trainer.

Fun little thing i noticed about the Unl Ammo... dont have a weap equipped when activating it... higher chances crashing, just have hands. btw this trainer and the game works fine for me :P i must be the 0.1% of all who owns GTA IV with no problems at all xD

GTA 4 DOES CRASH WITH TRAINER

im useing vista 64 ultimate

i have gotten the trainer to work and it does work!

i hav had my game crash tho. and some msg from my destop saying something about data encription and to save it we have to shut gta4

i have had this happen when i use unlimited ammo anf i get to the relaod of the first clip. or when i use it to get out of wanted level. i have not had this happen with useing the God mode feature. even tho i have jumped off of verry high buildings and died anyway. it mostlikey has to to with xlive. and if your playing online "xlive" rather then offline.
due to the trainer trying to trick xlive.

I have also GOT slowdowns due to inf HP when i get shot.

It's not just you!
I've tried the trainer on two machines now and to no avail. Specs are as follows:
XP Pro 32 bit, 4 gb ram, quad core 6600, 8800 gt 512mb vid card
and
vista ult. 32 bit, 4 gb ram, quad core 6600, 9600gt 512mb vid card

Initially, the trainer worked perfectly fine, but when I loaded a saved game (where the trainer was working), then any option causes the game to crash. It seems like if I want to play the game with the trainer, I start a new game and never quit? Anyone else have any ideas as to what to do? I really would like the unlimited ammo and the no police option to work.

Same here,

At the main menu I press F1 and hear the activation. Game loads, and while carrying nothing I active codes, and nothing happens other than hearing the trainer activation sounds. Game crashes on occasion.

AMD Athlon 64 FX 60 Dual
3gb RAM (4gb physical)
ATI 2900HD
OS: Win XP Home with SP3 in 32bit

I rhink the crashes are because of Windows Live anti-cheating protection system.
Have you checked the "xlive.dll" thing as mentioned in trainer instructions?
