I rhink the crashes are because of Windows Live anti-cheating protection system.
Have you checked the "xlive.dll" thing as mentioned in trainer instructions?
if thats what it is then most people will have a problem as disabling xlive will stop people saving there progress which is a bit annoying lol
I don't know why Microsoft has made this anti-cheat system.
You pay for a game and want to have fun with it.
And how to have more fun with games other that cheating?
It was done for multiplayer.
And also R* wanted it so they wanted to stop modding no idea why.

Who or what is R*?

R* = Rockstar <<<< games company
Okay okay.
Anyway I don't think that anti-cheating system is greatly welcomed.
Everyone even professionals want to have some fun in the games by cheating. Standing still and watching some cops shooting at you while you don't even sense their bullets gives a pleasant feeling to you and this thing is preventing us from that feeling!
Cheating @ multiplayer sux and nobody like it.
And you can use cheats which are integrated into the game when you want to cheat @ single player.
So i can understand why they done it and sometimes it is ok.
But blocking mods sux for the huge GTA community which made that game so great.

I'm agreed and really oppose cheating in multiplayer.
But about single player;
Can you really compare built-in cheats with trainers?
Cheats waste a lot of time typing them, especially in GTA, does health cheat do the same as trainer does?
It only gives you max health and if you're in a bad situation, for example surrounded by cops, you need to type the cheat code over and over again.
