It's simple...no I'm lying it's extremely difficult...just use Jenna to heal or Mia to heal your whole party with Cool Aura OR Wish Well(not both at once or the battle will literally take hours) every turn. If you must use Djinn always wait until you have an extremely powerful summon first-like iris-then strike! If he uses Djinn storm your screwed though...other than that if he doesn't use Djinn storm you should be fine following the same battle tactic
f.y.i. I used Jenna and she had armor that made her recovor pp fully every turn. So find stuff that recovors pp so you won't run out. Again though you can use either Jenna's Cool Aura or Mia's Wish Well! Yeah...and have fun with this difficult battle.
p.s. If you used Action Replay for Max Experience and all your characters are at level 99 you should still look out and stay healing! I thought it might work easier but level really doesn't matter in this battle, it's all about battle tactics and luck...mostly luck.

The doom dragon was so easy to beat!
Nothing is neither good nor bad but thinking makes it so.
