The previous 3 GTA titles were coded for the PC. It was only later that it was then ported over for consoles. Each of those titles had only 1 patch each, and those were just to fix things nobody ever knew was broken.
They were playable straight out of the box, without any gamebreaking or even noticable bugs.
And now, the latest installment was coded for the console, THEN ported over to the PC. End result? Bugs up the wazoo. This is going to be a multi-patch affair.
To summarize: Code for PC then port to console = Zero bugs.
Code for console then port to PC = tons of bugs.
Don't believe me? Try playing Gears of War on the PC. Anyone remember losing hours, days and weeks' worth of progress because of that bug?
Not true!!!
GTA San Andreas was made for consoles and ported to PC few months later.
You have bugs because of windows live & social club (without them game runs great , played the version which was for press)
Also previous parts had some bugs aswell.
And shaking cam isn't bug it is kind of protection against pirates.
