Bit of a late post but no the 1.1 trainer is no different. It's just compatible with the patch.

any trainer i've tried will fail on unlimited health. So all i can say is CH found a work around. Not great but least the game dn't crash...i just got killed more often than most games lmao


I just wished they's stop worrying about trainers, if we wanna cheat we wanna cheat!

the reason the unlimited health dont really work like normal is because the game and windows live are so totally entwined that it is very hard to differentiate between the two. so you have to keep spamming 1 to stay alive. hope that helps. cal and pwz had already stated the problem and the reasoning a while ago when this question arose.

Could you make a Macro or script of some sort so it wouold automaticly give you a medkit over and over again?

Also there is a way to disable GFWL, its called xliveless, at least it does exist for GTA IV.. I know with the GTA IV Trainer the trainer does not work when Live is disabled...

I dunno just kidna thinking out loud...
